A 22-year-old is to appear in court today charged with threatening to kill a man and his family.
Kyle Ronnie David Peebles will face Carlisle’s magistrates’ court today accused of threatening to kill a man and his family on May 5.
He also faces two drug supply charges; the first alleges that he was concerned in the supply of cocaine between March 1 and April 12, the second that he was concerned in the supply of cannabis on April 12.
A fourth charge alleges that he acquired, used or had criminal property, in this case £1,020 in cash.
Peebles, of Merith Avenue in Carlisle, is also alleged to have been in possession of cannabis on February 22.
