The MP for Workington is to hold 14 surgeries which will give constituents the chance to ask important questions and raise concerns.
Mark Jenkinson will be holding the surgeries from the end of this month to the end of August.
Surgeries will be held in local facilities, community centres and pubs and in villages across the constituency. There is no requirement to book an appointment.
“I am keen to hold in-person surgeries for my constituents across Workington constituency,” said Mark.
“It is very important that I know what you think, and it is only by listening to your concerns that I can effectively represent you in Parliament. I encourage everyone who has an issue they would like to discuss with me, to come and talk to me at one of my surgeries.
“As your elected representative in Westminster, it is my job to make sure the voice of the Workington constituency is heard and in order to do that, it is vital that I know what you have to say.
“For those who are busy when I am holding a surgery in their community, I welcome them to attend one of the other surgeries I will be holding or to contact me at office@mark-jenkinson.co.uk so that a meeting can be arranged.”
