Police are investigating an assault which happened in Kendal yesterday.
The incident happened at Gooseholme, by the closed footbridge, at around 10.10pm.
It was reported to have involved two men, one local and the second man is described as white, tall, stocky build, aged in his late 20s, with collar length dark hair.
He was wearing a dark top, dark jeans and spoke with a Liverpool accent.
