A pedestrian who was airlifted to hospital after a collision with a motorbike was not seriously injured, police have confirmed.
Emergency services were called shortly before 2pm yesterday to the A594 between The Ship Pub and the Dearham turnoff.
The pedestrian involved in the collision was airlifted to hospital.
A police spokeswoman confirmed that she was kept in hospital overnight for observation but that she was not seriously injured.
