Train passengers face delays today on the coastal railway.
Trains earlier today were disrupted due to a fault with signalling system and operator Northern has now cancelled other services due to a shortage of conductors.
The 12.06pm train from Barrow to Carlisle has been cancelled and the 3.12pm Carlisle to Barrow-In-Furness train, due to arrive at 5.45pm will be started from Workington.
It will no longer call at Carlisle, Dalston, Wigton, Aspatria, Maryport and Flimby.
