Music charity Soundwave is making Whitehaven the new home for one of its top choirs.
DisChord Vocal Group are a choir that meet to work on new repertoire, vocal technique, vocal harmonies and live performances
The over-19s group sing all the favourites, from Fleetwood Mac and Taylor Swift to Robyn and Eurythmics, and the fun starts at Rosehill barn on Wednesday nights between 7.15pm and 8.30pm.
Organiser Emma Dockeray said: “Whether you have been singing for years or just in your living room, you are welcome to join us. We want to see anyone that wants to start something new, and all abilities are welcome.”
