
People living in Grange-over-Sands, Ambleside and the surrounding areas will have the opportunity to discuss their health and wellbeing needs.
The Health, Advice, Recovery, Resilience, Information engagement vehicle is due to visit the areas and a range of experts will be on hand for people to talk to.
Representatives from Active Cumbria, Cumbria police, Cumbria County Council, health charities, NHS trusts and mental health experts will be at at Kents Bank Road Car Park, Grange-over-Sands tomorrow, Thursday September 23, from 10am to 3pm and King Street Car Park, Ambleside on Wednesday Octber 6 from 10am to 30pm.
Georgina Livingstone, development lead for grange and Lakes Integrated Care Communities, said: “It’s really important that we go out into our community and find out what is important to people in Grange and Lakes to make it a happier and healthier place to live.
“We’re really excited that so many partners have come on board to support these events and we look forward to seeing our communities across the three different locations.”
Measures will be in place to ensure the events are COVID safe.
