A group of teenagers subjected a woman to a gender hate crime in Barrow.
Police are currently investigating the abuse and are appealing for witnesses to come forward following an incident on Dalton Road on October 8 at around 10pm.
A woman was followed by a group of teenage males who have verbally abused her due to her gender.
Officers are appealing for information from anyone who may have seen the incident to contact PC 3115 Johnson.
