Carlisle’s Yewdale Community Centre is hosting a Christmas Oktoberfest event next month.
Featuring live music from the Oompah Stompers, there will also be games and arrangements of pop and rock classics alongside traditional German music at the event on Saturday, December 4 between 7pm and 11pm.
Organisers said: “The aim of the event is to bring people together and provide them with a fun and safe night out. We are also hoping to use this as an opportunity to raise funds for the community centre.”
Tickets are £14 per person and include a two-pint stein glass and hotdog.
The Rolling Pub Company will be providing a fully licensed bar
