Five miles of queues are being reported on the M6 after a crash over the border in Lancashire.
Two lanes were closed and traffic is queueing due to the collision between junction 34 for Lancaster and junction 33 for Galgate.
However, the lanes have now reopened.
The crash is reported to have involved two vehicles.
Congestion is being reported as far back as junction 35 for Carnforth.
Delays are also being reported on the A683 Bay Gateway.
