The M6 between junctions 39 and 40 are set to be closed overnight on Monday and Tuesday for resurfacing work.
Our colleagues at Cumbria Road Watch are reporting that on Monday, the M6 will be closed between 8pm and 6am southbound – junctions 40 to 39 and on Tuesday, it will be closed 8pm to 6am northbound – junctions 39 to 40.
Diversions are via the A66 and A6.
