A man has been arrested on suspicion of sexual assault after an incident in Windermere.
Police are appealing for witnesses.
The incident happened between 10pm on January 10 and 12.30am on January 11 on Glebe Road and involved two men in their 20s.
Cumbria police are appealing for witnesses as part of an investigation into a reported sexual assault. The report is of a man making non-consensual sexual contact with another man.
A 28-year-old man was arrested and has been released on police bail.
The victim is being supported by the investigating officers, police said.
