
Ulverston’s former fire station is on the market for £110,000.

Also up for sale is an ex-day centre on Cavendish Street, with a guide price of £65,000.
The unique properties being sold by Cumbria County Council, offer great development potential, according to auctioneers Landwood.

The two-storey self-contained commercial premises is 2,756 sq ft.
They are both being sold by Cumbria County Council.
