A 52-year-old woman was assaulted in Barrow on Monday.
Police are appealing for witnesses to the incident, which happened at about 11pm on Crellin Street.
Officers want to speak with a woman who may have been in the area at the time.
She is described as being tall, of slim build, in her late 20s, with tied blonde hair.
