Police are appealing for witnesses to a collision in Carlisle.
The collision, on Georgian Way happened yesterday, February 19, at about 1.35pm.
It involved a blue Mercedes, just off Hardwicke Circus, and officers would like to speak to anyone who saw the collision and the moments that followed, or anyone who may have dashcam of the incident.
