An 80-year-old man has been rescued after he fell from his mobility scooter in a Lake District forest.
Keswick Mountain Rescue Team were called out on Wednesday at 1.34pm to the man, who had fallen from his mobility scooter on a path in Whinlatter Forest.
The man had sustained cuts and bruises and also injured his shoulder and was treated on scene.
Once the man was helped back on his scooter, he was assisted down to the family car for onward transport to hospital.
The incident lasted one hour and 30 minutes and involved 13 team members.
