Communities across the country have been coming together in response to the horrors unfolding in the Ukraine.
Cleator Moor organised a vigil for the people of the war-torn country which was well attended by people of the locality – from the Moor, as well as Cleator, Frizington and Arlecdon.
Not only were they showing their support for Ukranians they were raising funds for the cause.
There is also a team who are going round the area collecting essential items for Ukraine.
