Copeland MP Trudy Harrison will meet Whitehaven residents at an upcoming surgery in town.

Mrs Harrison will hold the surgery on Saturday, April 2 from 10am to 11.45am on an appointment-only basis.

To make an appointment, people are asked to call 01229 718333 or email trudy.harrison.mp@parliament by 5pm on Tuesday, March 29.

Mrs Harrison holds a public surgery once a month, and since in-person sessions resumed last summer, they have been held in Cleator Moor, Ravenglass, Beckermet, Kells, Bootle, Millom and Egremont.

Directly following the monthly surgery, Mrs Harrison is holding a second session for members of the deaf community at the same location in Whitehaven, from noon to 1pm.

Mrs Harrison will have a British Sign Language interpreter in attendance, to give the opportunity for constituents who are deaf to raise issues and ask questions.

Attendance at this dedicated surgery must be booked before Friday, March 25, on 01229 718333 or [email protected]. Alternatively, book a place with Cumbria Deaf Association on 01228 210205 or [email protected]
