Caroline Graham and Molly Burrows with Hunter’s Flame who won again at Wardhall.

Hunter’s Flame scored back-to-back wins last night at Wardhall to prove her wellbeing ahead of Saturday’s international meeting.

Caroline Graham’s bitch showed on the finish with Barncroft Spirit and Howgill Lil but broke clear to win nicely.

The puppy race proved a close affair with Denise Bland’s Huntsman’s Rebel neck and neck with Darren McMaster, Sadie Wilson and Phil Graham’s Silver Streak before the former got home by half a length.

Rex the Rocket, owned by the Irving family of Seaton finished a good third after winning over the course on Sunday.

Then best finish of the night was in the open maidens when Wild Gypsy, who is a veteran, came through from third place to win for Dot Wilding.

Joy and Brian Lister’s Imagine was a length behind in second.

The meeting was rounded-off by an all-in trail which went to Debbie and Lena McGee’s Apache, followed closely by Alan O’Fee’s Barncroft Express.
