Preparations have begun for Carlisle’s ninth skills fair.
Organised by Carlisle MP John Stevenson, it will take place at Carlisle College on January 26 2023.
Mr Stevenson said: “Every year the Skills Fair just gets bigger and better.
“I am extremely proud that together with local businesses and training and skills providers we have successfully ensured that thousands of young people and job seekers have been able to get the best possible advice and guidance on the many opportunities that have been available to them across our city.
“With more and new types of jobs and careers becoming available, it is more important than ever that we continue to allow our young people, job seekers, returners to work and those looking for a career change, to be best placed to benefit from the many opportunities before them.
I’m encouraging everyone to put the date in their diary.”
