Cracking Last One Two, the 2020 puppy champion, looks as though she’s coming into form for a big finish to the season.
After winning at Millstone Moor on Thursday she followed up at Seaton last night for Bill and Pat Mellen from Penrith.
She won nicely from Graham and Les Reid’s Biff at the first of three trails to be held at Seaton.
Cracking Last One Two likes the field and dykes terrain and as well as Seaton there are other likely targets ahead at Millstone Moor and Dearham.
The open puppy trail went to Brian and Joy Lister’s Dream Catcher in a very tight finish with only half a yard between the first three. Kinniside Bobby and Foxparke Mysteriously took second and third.

The last race for open maidens attracted 11 runners but the majority got wrong and only four of them got round.
Tania Satterthwaite’s In the Red came in with a clear lead from James Irving’s Overwater Hunter and Laura Steel’s Babyliss with Foxparke Who Gives a Toss the only other finisher.
The next trails are on Thursday at Fellside.
