Cleator Moor Celtic have appointed a new chairman in Colin Bell, who has been involved with the club for the last 20 years.
Colin has been a coach at the club with the junior section and he is particularly keen on starting girls teams, and bringing the youth section closer to the seniors in a united club.
The aim will also be to see the club prosper at first team level and get back to where they were in Division One North of the North West Counties.
Travel has obviously been a major expenditure playing in the North West Counties and the West Lancashire League, and to alleviate costs the club has just obtained its own minibus.
The new chairman also wants to see the club retain its own players going forward to help achieve the target of getting back to the North West Counties.
Colin is also keen to see the club increase its ties with the local community going forward.
