Cockermouth’s Main Street was closed for around three hours following a collision.
Police said they were called at about 11.05am today, November 8, and the collision involved a female pedestrian and a Honda Civic.
The pedestrian was taken to the West Cumberland Hospital in Whitehaven and it is understood she has not suffered any life-changing or life threatening injuries.
The road was closed between Crown Street and Station Street.
