Preparations are well underway for the ninth annual Carlisle Skills Fair in January.
Over 40 local businesses and training have signed up for the event, which will be held at Carlisle College on Thursday January 26.
It has been organised by Carlisle MP John Stevenson. He said: “I am delighted at the response from businesses in the area and the support I am seeing already.
“This year’s skills fair was well attended by students, job seekers, local employers and training providers and it already looks like the 2023 event will be bigger and better.”
It is not too late to sign up and all businesses are welcome, Mr Stevenson said.
