Cash was stolen from a Carlisle address in an early evening burglary.
Police said a man entered the property on Alexander Street on November 26 at around 5.45pm and took the money.
The man is described as a white male, with short strawberry blond hair, heavy set, around 5ft 6in. He was wearing a black jacket, grey tracksuit top and was in the company of a woman.
