An Egremont man bumped into the Liverpool football team captain while in a Lake District supermarket.
Craig Scott had been at the Lakes Hotel and Spa in Windermere last Wednesday when he popped into Booths and saw Jordan Henderson doing a bit of shopping.
Craig said: “I decided to go to Booths just for a look around really to put some time in. I spotted Jordan in the aisle and just had a quick conversation with him.
“He was very approachable and very down to earth and took time out to get a picture. He was a really nice, genuine guy.”
