A moped was stolen and then abandoned in Barrow.
It was taken from Lorne Road between 6pm on December 20 and 3pm on December 21.
The black and white moped was then damaged and abandoned in a nearby alley.
Officers are appealing to residents or anyone who was in the area around these times, who may have information or seen anything suspicious, to contact the police.
