A person living alone in Barrow is being harassed by youngsters persistently banging on their door in the evening.
The most recent incident at the home on Ramsden Street happened on Monday at around 7pm.
Police said there was loud bang on the front door, with voices heard, but no damage was heard and no people seen.
Officers are appealing for anyone with information about those responsible or who may have witnessed something to get in touch.
