Staff from a Cumbrian housing developer joined volunteers to support a youth project.
The team from Genesis Homes spent a day helping at The Rock Youth Project in Currock, Carlisle, as part of the Give a Day to the City initiative.
Give a Day to the City brings together businesses, charities and volunteers from across Carlisle to complete practical projects that make a lasting impact on local communities. By working side by side, participants help strengthen the places where people live, work and spend time together.
The team spent the day sweeping, weeding, clearing and repainting the entrance to the youth centre.
The Rock Youth Project provides a safe, inclusive environment where young people can access activities, opportunities and guidance.
