Lynefoot Farm

A former dairy farm-turned-kennels business near Carlisle is up for sale with a price tag of £1.65 million.

Lynefoot is on the market with H&H Land & Estates, and the agents say it has huge potential for expansion.

The property is 4.5 miles south of Carisle and includes a four-bedroom farmhouse, extensive farm buildings, a ringfenced landholding extending to nearly 118 acres, and a thriving five-star licenced boarding kennels business running at full capacity.

H&H Land & Estates director, Thomas Armstrong, said: “Lynefoot Farm is an excellent ringfenced farmholding with fantastic access to Carlisle and the M6, but it’s still extremely private and secluded.

“The property and land are beautifully maintained and ready for the successful buyer to begin farming immediately, and it also offers the invaluable extra dimension of the existing business and enormous potential for developing this business or others on the site.”
