Shoplifters stole £3,000-worth of goods from Cumbrian supermarket

Shoplifters stole over £3,000-worth of items from a Carlisle supermarket – including a large amount of Jack Daniel’s and vodka.

Police are investigating the incident, which took place at the Asda superstore in St Nicholas Gate, on June 10 at around 1pm.

The incident included three people and police are keen to receive information to help identify them.

The suspects were described as:

  • A woman aged 18-21, slim build, of a light tanned complexion, 5ft 6in, with brown hair tied back with dyed blonde plats.
  • A man aged 30, medium build, 5ft 11in, of a tanned complexion
  • A man aged 30, 5ft 9in, short black hair, of a tanned complexion.
