A West Cumbrian hotel is on the market for £1.9 million.
Hundith Hill Hotel in Lorton Vale, near Cockermouth, is owned by the Butterworth family.
It is being marketed by Christie & Co, which says the clients have run the venue since the 1980s and they are now looking to retire.
The 27-bedroom three-storey hotel features a lounge, bar and restaurant, plus two function suites and parking for over 100 vehicles.
Two recently constructed stone bedroom blocks have also been added to the country house hotel.
It hosts over 100 weddings a year.
