Theft from Barrow supermarket and incident outside

Police are investigating a crime of theft and public order inside and outside a Barrow supermarket.

The incident happened on Saturday, September 23, at around 7.30am at Asda on Walney Road.

The theft happened in the alcohol aisle inside of the store and the public order offence occurred in the middle of the car park opposite Home Bargains.

Police are looking for anyone who has witnessed either incident or anyone who has dash cam footage of a man speaking to a member of staff outside.

He is described as a white man who is around 6ft and around 30 years old.

He had a brown short haircut, with a pale complexion and was wearing blue and white trainers, grey trousers and a grey sweatshirt with a light bomber jacket over the top.
