Martyn Blank

An appeal has been issued after a walker completing the Coast to Coast route has not been heard from in three days.

Martyn Blank was last in contact with people on Tuesday evening, when he was believed to be near Ennerdale Water.

Police said they were concerned for his welfare.

He is described as being 6ft 2in, of a slim build, with very short brown hair. He is normally clean shaven and does not wear glasses.

It is likely he will be wearing black and grey waterproof jacket and be in black walking trousers, police said.

If anyone has seen Martyn or has any information on his whereabouts, or if Martyn sees this appeal, call 101.
