
Careers advice organisation Inspira has been commissioned by Cumbria’s two councils to deliver advice to young people.
The contracts with Cumberland and Westmorland and Furness councils aims to make sure that the most vulnerable groups of young people will be provided with individual careers information, advice and guidance to make sure that they are inspired to make a successful transition into education, employment or training after year 11 and beyond.
Inspira will also manage the September Guarantee to make sure all young people have a suitable offer of post-16 learning and support those young people Not in Education, Training and Employment.
