Carlisle United midfielder Jayden Harris has joined National League Eastleigh on a short-term loan deal.
The 24-year-old will be looking to get in as much first team football as possible with the Hampshire club before he is due to return to Brunton Park in January.
Harris began his youth career at Fulham and worked his way up through the academy system before he went on loan to Woking in 2020 before returning to Fulham for a further year.
The midfielder then joined Aldershot Town where he went on to make 33 appearances. He completed a month-long loan to Hampton and Richmond Borough.
In August 2022, he joined League Two side Carlisle United before he scored his first goal for the club in a 2-1 win over Tranmere Rovers in the FA Cup.
Harris was involved in 20 games last season but his only two starts this time round have been in the EFL Trophy.
Eastleigh made progress in the FA Cup on Saturday when they beat Dover Athletic 1-0. It earned them a first round proper draw at home to Boreham Wood.
Whether Harris will be able to play will depend on whether Carlisle give permission for that particular fixture.
He is likely to make his debut on Saturday when Eastleigh (11th in the table) entertain York City who are 17th.
