A police car had its wing mirror damaged in a hit and run.
It happened at about 5pm yesterday, November 21, at around 5pm at Kirksanton, near Millom.
A vehicle was in collision with a marked police vehicle, leading to damage to the police vehicle wing mirror.
The other vehicle did not stop.
There were no reported injuries.
Officers are requesting the driver of this vehicle to call on 101, quoting incident 162 of November 21 and for any driver in the area at the time who has relevant information to come forward.
