Kirkstone Pass has reopened following a landslip yesterday.
Westmorland and Furness Council closed the A592 on Saturday December 23, for safety reasons.
An assessment took place on Sunday December 24, to identify the cause and contractors moved in to complete work to make the road safe.
It reopened at around 7pm on Sundaty.
