Barrow’s Boots store will close this year.
The Portland Walk outlet has been named as one of several to shut its doors permanently in 2024, although no date has been announced.
Owners Walgreens Boots Alliance revealed it was closing 300 UK stores last year and the Barrow branch has been named among the latest 16 to go.
