A Lake District spa resort has been named as one of the best wedding venues in the UK.
Low Wood Bay Resort & Spa, on the shores of Windermere, was among the winners of the annual Hitched Wedding Awards 2024.
It makes the hotel and its wedding co-ordination team one of the most recommended professional outfits by newlyweds on the wedding planning platform.
The awards are based on reviews left by married couples in the last 12 months.
Low Wood Bay received 50 reviews in total, with a top rating of 5 out of 5 determined by the couples who planned their weddings with the team at the spa resort.
