A teenager has been arrested following a hate incident in Carlisle, which involved a boy being assaulted.
Police said they were aware of images related to the incident being circulated online and there were concerns in the community over the incident.
Cumbria police said: “As an arrest has been made we would urge people not to share the video further so as not to impede any legal proceedings or to identify any of the children involved.”
