A CCTV image has been released after an racially-motivated incident at a Penrith restaurant.
It happened on Saturday February 24 at around 6pm and police are investigating it as an offence of fear of provocation of violence by threatening words or behaviour.
Officers would like to speak with the man pictured as part of their investigations.
