Barrow Raiders turned over a half-time deficit to score an outstanding 24-14 home win over Batley Bulldogs.
The south Cumbrians had trailed 14-12 at the break but came back to score 12 unanswered points to win the game.
Barrow had gone in front on five minutes when Luke Cresswell celebrated his birthday with the opening try after the Raiders worked the ball nicely down the left. Ryan Shaw landed the conversion.
It did not take long for Batley to draw level when Dale Morton intercepted a pass on the Barrow line and crashed over with Josh Woods adding the extras.
But the explosive start continued on 15 minutes when Barrow regained the lead. Brad Walker hoisted a high ball deep into the Batley half and it was Matt Costello who was there to collect, hold off a Bulldogs defender and score the try which Shaw converted.
On 22 minutes Batley were level again. This time Adam Gledhill burrowed over from a play-the-ball and Woods put over the conversion.
It stayed all square until the 38th minute when Woods put Batly ahead for the first time with a penalty.
Barrow showed a lot of determination from the re-start and within 11 minutes had taken the lerad. Another dangerous kick from Walker, this time a chip through over the Batley defence, was gathered by James Greenwood to score. Shaw converted for a four point lead.
It was by now a great battle with the two teams going set for set and defences were doing well. But the breakthrough for Barrow came on 71 minutes when Razor Silva would not be stopped with a determined charge at the line. Shaw converted.
Batley pushed hard to get back into the game but Barrow defended stoutly and were on the front foot again at the final hooter.
