
An afternoon fight – filmed and put on social media – resulted in a man suffering minor injuries.
The altercation, on Clifton Street in Carlisle, was investigated by police after the footage had been circulated.
The incident occurred shortly before 2.30pm on Wednesday, May 29.
The man, in his 30s, was the victim and a man in his 20s attended Durranhill Police Station voluntarily yesterday and was interviewed.
He has since been released, pending further enquiries.
Police are appealing for witnesses as part of their enquiries to establish the full circumstances of the incident.
