Three fishing rods were among items stolen in a Carlisle burglary.
The burglary happened in the Eden Gate Story Home estate in Houghton, on either Wednesday June 5 between 9am and 1pm, or on Thursday June 6 between 7.20am and 11am.
The three black fly fishing rods, around 6ft long when assembled, were stolen from a garage.
The rods have black reels with green/orange fly lines on them. The black tubes that the rods go into and two small rods that the victim’s grandchildren used were also stolen.
Police would like to speak to any potential witnesses to this incident.
