A man has been banned from Workington shops for two years.
Colin Orr, 54, has been handed a criminal behaviour order by magistrates following an application by Cumbria Constabulary’s Allerdale Neighbourhood Policing Team.
He must comply with the following conditions:
- He must not enter any property or premises that are members of the Workington Schemelink scheme or displaying the Schemelink sign at any time.
- He can enter Boots on Murray Road in Workington, on one occasion per week solely for the purpose of collecting prescription/medication.
Anyone who witnesses the terms of the order being broken should contact the police immediately.
The punishment for breaking the terms of the order can be up to five years in prison.
