Workington and District Camera Club is gearing up for a new season – with a difference.
The 2024/25 club season starts with a change of day as after many years of being held on a Friday night it will now run on a Monday.
The change comes into operation on September 2, 7.30pm at Bridgefoot Village Hall, Bridgefoot, near Workington.
A club spokesman said: “A full and varied programme of speakers, practical nights and competitions are planned to suit all skills. Joining a camera club is an ideal way of socialising, learning and meeting other like-minded people and new members are always welcome.”
