Kendal will lose two bank branches in a single day next year as their parent group announces its latest round of closures.
Lloyds on Finkle Street and Halifax on Highgate will close their doors for the final time on February 10.
It is among 55 branches that will be closed during 2025 by Lloyds Group.
It said all staff working at these branches will be offered a role at another branch or in another part of its business.
The banking group said mobile banking was more popular than ever with 19.5 million people now using its app.
Use of branches in the 55 locations has fallen by an average of 55% (and up to 71%) in the last five years, it added.
Lloyds said all of the branch locations announced for closure have alternative options for accessing cash nearby, such as a Post Office or free-to-use ATM.
It added that 37 new community bankers will be introduced to provide targeted banking support.
Once all previously announced closures are complete, Lloyds Banking Group will have 892 branches, split between 447 Lloyds Bank, 341 Halifax and 104 Bank of Scotland locations.
