Maryport rugby league club have had another successful season with their youngsters and recently held their age group presentations.

The club runs teams from Under-6s and next year expect to have all groups covered from those youngest ones through to Under-18s and then the senior side.

One of the youth coaches Simon Pattinson said: “We’ve been building steadily over the last two or three years and the future is really bright for the club with all these youngsters coming through at the various age groups.

“It was a fantastic night for the four youngest age groups when we held their presentations and I just want to thank all the parents (and grandparents) who have supported the kids and the club over the last season.”
