While In Yorkshire, he discovers the story of Yorkshire pudding and visits the UK’s biggest tofu factory.
Kevin and Nicola said: ‘‘It was a real pleasure to meet Rick and spend some time chatting to him about what we’re trying to achieve at Heft and what makes the Lakes such a unique place to be.
“Having the time to share some insight into what makes this place tick and how we make use of local suppliers, many of whom we’ve known for years, people who like us take real pride in what they do.
“Like many of the people we work with everything we do is inspired by the landscape around us, and it was lovely to have the opportunity to share a little of that with Rick.’’
